New Promo Op for Erotica Authors

Check this out- Lucy Felthouse has started a new promo site for erotica authors- this is the emial I received from her:

I just wanted to send you an email to let you know I’m embarking on a new adventure… kind of.

I’m working on a new website, http://eroticaforall.co.uk. The idea is to use it as a place to promote erotica. It’ll be great for readers and writers alike; the readers will come to read reviews, enter competitions, find out more about authors and so on. The writers will use the site as a promotional tool and also to find out about calls for submissions and so on. It’s still very much in its infancy, so there’s not much on there yet, which is why I’m not actively promoting it on Facebook or Twitter. I want it to be more complete and polished before shouting about it.

Which is why I’m emailing you. I’m hoping you’ll enjoy the site as both a writer and a reader and want to get involved. At the moment I want to source some author profiles, which is naturally great exposure for you when the site gets going and starts getting in some serious traffic.

So, if you’d like to have me put your profile on there, firstly – thank you – and secondly, could you let me have the following as soon as you get chance:

1. A photo (if you really don’t want one, it’s no problem, but it helps to break up the text
2. Your biography in the third person
3. Any links you want included, i.e. your website/blog, Facebook, Twitter, etc
4. A list of your published works, which I’ll then use to create a widget similar to the one at the bottom of my page

As I said, the site is a work in progress so there’ll be lots more content going on there all the time. So if you have any short stories you’d like me to post in the ‘Free Reads’ section, that would be great. I’ll then link those back to your author profile so people can find out more about you, and hopefully go and buy your books!

Also… just a quick question – if the site was to have a forum, do you think you would use it?
