What inspired you to become an author?
I enjoyed writing so
much, that it seemed natural to progress to creating my own stories.
Do you write in different genres?
I've written
contemporary and dramatic romance. I'll be writing some paranormal in the
future, but I keep to romance in general.
If yes which is your favorite genre to write?
Romance/Erotica
Do you title the book first or wait until after it’s
complete?
I title my books first.
Is the book, characters, or any scenes based on a
true life experience, someone you know, or events in your own life?
I've gotten it on in
some interesting places where my partner(s) and I could have easily be found
out. There are a few instances of sexual situations happening in places where
the characters could be discovered.
If you had to choose, which writer would you
consider a mentor?
Amber Nation has been
an amazing friend and role model. Her writing is amazing. I recommend her Brown
County series.
What is your current “work in progress” or upcoming
projects?
I'm currently writing
the first in a revenge trilogy. The female main character is an illegal Cuban
immigrant taking revenge on an abusive ex-boyfriend. With everything that's
happened to her, she needs all three books to carry out justice. This
series is aptly named The Payback Series.
Is there anything you find particularly challenging
in your writing?
I find it difficult to
balance creating interesting fiction with creating realistic stories and
characters. I think you should be able to look at your characters and say,
"I could see myself doing something, or meeting someone like that."

Book Description:
Dylan Farrow puts on his pants every morning one leg at a time, just like everyone else at the Kerrigan Advertising Agency. He handles high-pressure projects with a fast turnaround. He’s prized for his keen intellect and admirable performance. But how did he get where he is today—to the level of Junior Executive of Design Production?
Well, that involves how he takes his pants off…
and for whom…
Hoping to break through the glass ceiling under which she’s been trapped for years, Valerie Caplan picks up her life and moves to Seattle. After hearing about the position of Senior Executive of Design Production from an art director at Kerrigan, she decides to apply. When she lands the big interview, she never thinks for a minute that she’ll have any serious competition. She assumes that she has the job in the bag…until she discovers that the only competition has something she doesn’t have—the willingness to go outside the office to impress Danica Stewart, their uptight female boss.
