If I were one of the guests staring intently at Jess’s copy of the flyer for Temptation Resorts, I just know you wouldn’t be able to rip it from my hands.
But what would be the top ten things I would want to do on a vacation to a resort like Temptation Resorts? What if it was only for one day like with Marnie and her friend Jess (who’s adventure will be out in March)? I guess I wouldn’t know until I got the results from my questionnaire but here are some things I would love to try…
1. Spanking lessons in a classroom. With a paddle.
2. Dungeon exploration with a very capable Domme.
3. A dining room adventure with a vibe and a man with a firm hand. Oh yes. Pass the chocolate mousse please.

The server arrived. "Mr. Hardwick. How nice to see
you." He inclined his head toward Marnie.
"Have you look at the menu,
ma'am?"
"Would you suggest something?" she asked Emerson.
He flipped open the menu. "Do you have the rare roast
beef?"
Marnie’s stomach growled in response. "That sounds
great."
"You heard the lady. I’ll have that as well." He
scanned the menu once more. "And some twice-baked potatoes and
asparagus."
"Would you care for some wine?"
"Yes." Emerson inclined his head. "Red or
white?"
"White, please. And some water."
"Two, please."
"Yes, Sir."
Marnie tilted her head. "So you never did answer my
question about what you do here."
"Guest satisfaction is my primary concern."
"How so?"
"Guests choose different packages depending on their
time and budget. Not everyone can afford a week in a sensual massage class or
an impact play tutelage session. I use the questionnaire to tailor the needs of
the guest to what we offer and make sure they’re happy with their
experience."
Marnie frowned. "I thought Janice handled the
questionnaire."
"No. I match guests with activities and hand them off
to my staff to make the guests comfortable. It's imperative we match the right
concierge with the right guest."
"So I have you to thank for that earlier." Marnie
smirked.
"Guilty." Emerson laughed. "But see, I
stepped in and rescued you, too, so your happiness is still my greatest
concern."
"What if they’re not happy? The guests in
general." Marnie asked. "I mean, you can’t make everyone happy, can
you?"
"I certainly try." Emerson considered her for a
moment. "I have a confession to make."
Marnie cocked her head. "What?"
"I remember your questionnaire." His eyes raked
over her.
"Oh." Heat infused Marnie’s cheeks.
"We don’t get that many Marnies."
"For you, that’s probably a good thing." She
played with her rolled-up napkin.
"Maybe. Consider this fate." Emerson reached into
his jacket pocket for something and then passed a small black box to her under
the table.
"What’s this?"
He opened his other hand to show her a remote control.
"Are you game to play out one of your fantasies?"
Her stomach did flip-flops. She remembered what she’d
written about her restaurant fantasy, and her mouth went dry.
"Maybe?"
"Go to the bathroom and open the box. If you decide to
play, come back and place the box on the seat between us. If you don’t, place
it in your purse and I’ll slip the remote in with it? Deal?" His silky
voice held a challenge.
Marnie scurried out of the booth toward the lounge. Emotions
warred within her. She was attracted to Emerson, but did she dare? She wasn’t
offended, but she was a little afraid of what she might do. In public. With a
man she hardly knew. What if she couldn’t control her reactions?
She sucked in a breath and made her choice.
